Built on Intel’s advanced Intel 3 process technology, it delivers up to 4.3 GHz turbo frequency, features a massive 336 MB cache, and supports 8-channel DDR5 memory up to 6400 MT/s with capacities of up to 4 TB. Designed for enterprise servers, AI workloads, virtualization, analytics, and cloud computing, it offers 88 PCIe 5.0 lanes, support for dual-socket configurations, and advanced acceleration technologies including Intel AMX, QAT, DSA, DLB, and IAA.
